The TCD (Telemetry Communications Device)

The TCD is the hardware in the alarm control panel that provides the gateway to Emizon’s Global 21 service. The TCD establishes secure IP connections through the customers router/firewall for both the primary path; using the wired IP network, and the secondary path using the latest GPRS wireless network, to the Monitoring Center across the Emizon Service Platform.
